Well-run and well priced place with particularly helpful staff on the reception desk and the operations manager. Nicely furnished and brand-new room with a sofa bed, modern bathroom and a good selection of teas. Outstanding food for dinner and breakfast. Unbeatable and excellent location in the more informal brasserie, beautiful restaurants in the local area.

We thoroughly enjoyed being here. The place was clean and nicely decorated, it had really excellent and smart staff from reception to bar to chambermaids. The venue's position was very central. You could walk to shopping centres and a supermarket.

The place was wonderful relaxing and had hard-working and so efficient staff on the reception desk and the operations manager, loved the stay. I was there for 1 night and ate at refurbished restaurant for evening meals. The food selection was good. The location couldn't be more perfect and excellent in the town center. Found Lower Gardens, it's at a moderate distance from the hotel. Everything was very enjoyable and met the needs.

My stay was really really nice on a business trip. Its location was excellent, short walk to seafront and restaurants and cafes. I ate in the refurbished restaurant nearby. The room was large and recently upgraded, included with the bedroom, dressing table plus good decor. All of the staff was friendly attentive and really excellent.
